Whip up the materials and bring you my adventures

Hello everyone. Let me introduce myself briefly before I start writing “officially” on this blog. My name is Emanuele Iannarilli, I have been using Fir materials for years now, mainly MTB rims. At first during endurance races and stage races around Europe, now I use them as a triathlete. Let's get one thing straight, I'm not a pro rider, not even one of those who sets out to get first. I'm someone who sets goals and tries to run after them (literally) all year round, fitting in work, passion, family and fun. This is a very special season for me. After a few years I returned to racing in cross triathlon for a very challenging goal; qualifying for the XTERRA world final in Maui at the end of October. To date I have run three stages of the European tour: Garda Lake at the end of May, Prachatice (Czech Republic) in mid-July and Scanno Lake last Sunday. In April, however, I ran the Iron Tour on Elba Island, 5 sprints in 5 days, finishing 5th in my category in the final ranking. So far, I'm very satisfied with how the season is going, but now we're getting into the heart of the matter. From next Sunday, in fact, I'll be busy first in XTERRA Romania, then XTERRA Poland and finally the (consecutive) triptych XTERRA Germany (European Championship). I'll keep you updated and I'll let you discover little by little what I run with, why and what materials I use. In the meantime, have a good sports holiday. I'm running to train.
